Our basic trust package is tailored for individuals, married couples, or domestic partners who own real property and intend to distribute their estate directly to their beneficiaries.
$2,000 Individual
$3,850 Couple (Married or Domestic)
Our standard trust package is our most common plan and is for individuals or married couples that own one or multiple properties and are leaving their estate in a more structured way (at ages, in trust) or have other customizations such as rights to occupy, and/or specific gifts that require more unique customizations to your situation. This package is best for those with minor children or more complicated distributions to beneficiaries.

If you have an existing revocable trust (not created by Jweinat Law Group) that needs updating, we can restate or amend the trust, making the necessary changes.
An amendment makes a small change to your existing trust, like updating a name or adding a clause. A restatement replaces the entire trust document with a new version—ideal when you’re making multiple or significant updates—while keeping the original trust name and assets intact.
